Information we collect

When visiting our site, our log information includes your computer's (or device's) IP address, which web pages have been visited, and which files have been downloaded.

When processing orders, we are forwarded data from payment processors including customer name, email address, computer platform type, computer name, and mailing address. Optional information may include phone number and organization name. We do not record this information unless it is part of an order being processed or unless we are separately contacted. We periodically collect customer testimonials and links to third party product reviews.

We do not collect credit card, banking, or other financial information.

We do not collect data from users as they use our software. All user content, documents, preferences, configuration files etc. are processed only to fulfil the software's stated purpose. No information is forwarded to us and our software does not require any online connection (with the exception of importing data from remote servers via URL). Any user information made available to us is at the sole discretion and absolute control of the user.

We do not collect any information for use in AI training.

How we use information we collect

We archive collected information into a sales database for order processing, customer support services and for follow-up product announcements.

Updating your personal information

You can update the information we have on file for you by contacting us. Credentials such as order receipts are required.

Information we share

We do not share collected information with third parties. Payment processors may, however, perform their own data collection as part of their normal customer service procedures. We do not share information between customers unless explicitly requested by them. We do not publish testimonials without the approval of their providers, unless the information was in the public domain.

Information security

Our website uses HTTPS protocol. In your browser, you may see a closed padlock icon in the URL bar or somewhere on the window frame (newer browsers may display a different button that shows an informational popup having more details). The protocol encrypts traffic between your computer and the website.

We use secure SPF/DKIM email protocols to let your email provider know that our messages are legitimate, but some providers can still over-filter. If so, please check your other email folders. All our emails originate from our domain daylongraphics.com.

Our sales database is maintained offline. We use and disclose any collected information to the minimum extent necessary to perform our business duties, such as order processing and customer support.

Cookies

Our site does not use cookies.
